Being behind isn't a character flaw — it's what happens when the work gets busy. I go back through the history, reconcile it month by month, fix what's miscoded, and hand you a file your CPA can file from. Most cleanups are quoted as a one-time project, then roll into monthly service.

QuickBooks Online is a good system used badly by a lot of businesses. I'll set it up the way your industry actually works, then train you or your team on the handful of routines that keep it clean — live, on screen, in your own file.

What does it cost?

Monthly bookkeeping is priced flat, based on transaction volume, number of accounts, and how much job or project detail you need. Cleanups are quoted as a one-time project once I've seen the file. You'll have a written number before you commit to anything.

How far behind is too far behind?

There isn't a point where I'd turn you away for being behind. I've rebuilt files that hadn't been touched in three years. The sooner it starts, the less it costs.

Do you work with my CPA?

Yes, and I prefer to. Good bookkeeping makes your CPA's job cheaper and faster. I deliver the year-end package in the format they want it.

Do I have to use QuickBooks Online?

Yes — QBO is what I specialize in, and specializing is what lets me work quickly and accurately. If you're on Desktop or spreadsheets, migration is part of what I do.

You're virtual — how does that actually work?

You give me access to your QuickBooks Online file and read-only bank feeds, and we share documents through a secure portal. We talk by phone or video on a schedule that suits you. Nothing about good bookkeeping requires me to be in your office.

Do you do payroll?

Yes — payroll is an add-on to monthly bookkeeping rather than a standalone service. I'm QuickBooks Online Payroll certified and run payroll inside QBO, including contractor and 1099 handling. If you already use an outside payroll provider, I'll make sure it reconciles correctly in your books.
